Public Works and Constructional Operatives' Union : ウィキペディア英語版 | Public Works and Constructional Operatives' Union
The Public Works and Constructional Operatives' Union was a trade union in the United Kingdom. It was founded in 1889 by John Ward (who remained general secretary throughout its existence) as the Navvies, Bricklayers' Labourers and General Labourers' Union and was renamed in 1920. Losing members to other unions throughout the 1920s, its Staffordshire district merged with the Transport and General Workers' Union in 1929 and it disappeared altogether in 1933. ==See also==
